These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cc4444 ("cc4444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at cc4444.pro. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by sport, league, and market type. cc4444 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where unusual patterns of play are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cc4444. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cc4444 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cc4444 platform; losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in game or betting software; or any loss arising from the unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

cc4444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cc4444 is incorporated and licensed to operate. cc4444 operates as an internationally licensed platform and complies with applicable anti-money laundering, data protection, and player protection standards.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
